Santol

Santol (Sandoricum koetjape) is a tropical fruit found in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia.
The fruit is round with yellow to reddish skin and juicy, white flesh that tastes sweet and sour.
It contains large, inedible seeds.
Santol is eaten fresh, processed into jams, chutneys, or syrups, or used in dishes such as curries.
It is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, which contribute to digestive health and immunity.
The tree grows in warm climates and is also valued for its wood.
