Sieve

A kitchen sieve is an essential kitchen utensil for separating ingredients, removing lumps from flour or powdered sugar, or straining liquids, such as pasta or vegetables. 
Sieves come in various types, such as fine-mesh ball sieves, strainers, or colanders, and in materials like stainless steel or plastic. 
They vary in size and mesh density, depending on their application, such as pureeing, draining, or decorating.
