Sixteen float-building groups with approximately 2,000 actors bring the history of the Duchy of Brabant to life with impressive, towering floats, theater, music, dance, and costumes.
The event, which attracts over 40,000 visitors, combines seriousness and humor and is deeply rooted in the Heeze community.
It is organized by the Brabantsedag Foundation with the help of many volunteers and has been recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2013.
The parade starts at 1:30 PM and, in addition to the parade, features cabaret, art, and street theater.
