Wok Brush

A wok brush is a traditional kitchen utensil, often made of bundled split bamboo stems, specifically designed to clean a wok without damaging its non-stick coating (patina). 
It's sturdy enough for grease and burnt-on residue, yet gentle on the cast iron or carbon steel of the wok. Ideal for stir-fries in Asian cuisine.
