Salak (Snake Fruit)

Salak, also known as snake fruit, is a tropical palm fruit found primarily in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia. 
The fruit is about the size of a large fig, has a skin resembling snake skin, and a crisp, moist texture with a sweet-sour, juicy flavor.
