Rymanów-Zdrój (Poland)

Rymanów-Zdrój is a well-known spa town and health resort in southeastern Poland (Subcarpathian region), situated in the Tabor River valley amidst the Low Beskids (Beskid Niski).

The village has been renowned since the late 19th century for its mineral springs (such as the Klaudia, Tytus, and Celestyna springs) and therapeutic mud.
It is often referred to as the region's "capital of children's health resorts" due to the many facilities catering to young visitors.
The resort combines mountain air with mild maritime influences.
Treatments and rehabilitation services are offered, particularly for respiratory conditions, rheumatism, cardiovascular diseases, and musculoskeletal disorders.

The village is surrounded by green hills, forests, and hiking trails.
It is a peaceful destination featuring historic wooden spa villas, a mineral water pavilion, a spa park, and various sports and recreational facilities.
