Maasheggenvlechten is a traditional craft technique from the Maasheggen region (North Brabant) for weaving hedges using only living materials, such as hazel and hawthorn, to enclose livestock and manage the landscape. It is recognized as intangible heritage and is still practiced today, with an annual Dutch Championship (NK Maasheggenvlechten).
