Kaha di òrgel

The Kaha di òrgel (also called ka'i òrgel or caha di orgel) is a traditional musical instrument from the Dutch Caribbean, particularly Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao.
It is a hybrid between a barrel piano and an organ: a wooden sound box with a rotating cylinder full of pins that activates the notes, driven by a hand wheel or pedal mechanism.
The instrument, often handmade, plays automatic melodies and is iconic for local culture, celebrations, and tam-tam music.
It is worn with belts and symbolizes Caribbean heritage.
