Starry Robin

The starry robin (Pogonocichla stellata), also known as the starred robin, is a small bird species in the Muscicapidae family of flycatchers and wagtails.
It is the only species in the genus Pogonocichla and has approximately 12 subspecies.
This territorial, seasonally breeding bird lays up to three eggs in a domed nest and feeds on insects in the understory of moist, montane forests in East and Southeast Africa, from South Sudan to South Africa.
Its distinctive features are the white "stars" around the eye and on the throat (often hidden) and a black and yellow tail with a striking black "T."
The species is widespread and not endangered.
