Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville, officially Preah Sihanouk, is a province in southwestern Cambodia on the Gulf of Thailand. The capital of the same name is the country's only deep-water port and a major trade and tourism hub. 
The province, with an area of ​​approximately 868 km², is known for its white-sand beaches such as Otres and Ochheuteal, tropical islands such as Koh Rong and the Ream National Park. 
Tourism, fishing and the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (SSEZ) drive the economy, with much Chinese investment in casinos and real estate. 
The population is approximately 235,000, mainly Khmer. 
The climate is tropical with a dry season (November-March) and a rainy season (May-October).
