Twaalfuurtje

A twelve-hour meal is an attractively priced lunch dish served in Dutch catering establishments. Twaalfuurtje is also used as a synonym for lunch(time) or afternoon bread meal.
At some point it became a lunch dish that owes its name to the time of serving, around 12 noon.

The dish usually consists of the following components: bread (two/three slices), (hussar) salad (often served as a bun), a croquette, supplemented with egg/cheese/ham or fried egg and/or soup.
