Primorje-Gorski Kotar

Primorje-Gorski Kotar Croatian: Primorsko-goranska županija is a county in western Croatia. 
The county includes the Kvarner and surrounding North Croatian sea coast and the mountainous region of Gorski Kotar. 
The center of the region is the port city of Rijeka.
