Kujataa Greenland: Norwegian and Inuit farming on the edge of the ice cap - Greenland

Imagine a subarctic landscape where two completely different cultures have written a unique history together.
Welcome to Kujataa Greenland! Here, on the edge of the eternal ice, Norwegian farmers and Inuit hunters met.
Together they created a special cultural landscape that still bears witness to their past.
It is not without reason that Kujataa has been placed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
This unique area tells the story of the earliest agriculture in the Arctic and the expansion of Norwegian settlements outside Europe.
