Petaling Jaya - Malaysia

Petaling Jaya is a city and municipality in the Malaysian state of Selangor. 
The municipality has 614,000 inhabitants. 
About 55% are Chinese and 33% are Malay. 
On June 20, 2006, Petaling Jaya was granted city rights.
