Seine Saint Denis

Seine-Saint-Denis is a French department. 

Created in 1967 after the departmental reorganization of the Île de France, the department north-east of Paris is synonymous with banlieues and poverty for some. 

In France, the department is colloquially referred to as Neuf-Trois.
