Dandelions (Taraxacum officinale)

The dandelion is not grown as an ornamental flower, but only to obtain homeopathic substances that are good for making the gallbladder work better, among other things. 
The white juices from a dandelion stem are very bitter. 
The plant originates from Africa, Asia and Europe. 
The leaves of a dandelion are delicious in salads, the Greeks call this salad chorta and is a combination of olive oil and lemon juice. 
Full of vitamins A and C.
