Stuttgart - Germany

Stuttgart is the capital of the German state of Baden-Württemberg. 
The city is located on the Neckar in the Swabia region. 
Administratively, Stuttgart is a kreisfreie Stadt; in Baden-Württemberg called Stadtkreis.
