Rhineland-Palatinate

Rhineland-Palatinate is one of the sixteen states of Germany. 
The capital is Mainz. 
On December 31, 2017, 11.21% of the inhabitants had non-German citizenship and 6,470 inhabitants had Dutch citizenship.
