Umzimvubu (Mzimvubu River)
The Umzimvubu is a river in South Africa.
The name means hippopotamus river.
It has its source in the Drakensberg near the Lesotho border and flows through the Transkei area of the Eastern Cape, through the former capital Umtata to Port St. Johns on the Indian Ocean.
