Vladimir

Vladimir Oblast is an oblast of Russia. 

The oblast is located NE of Moscow and has the eponymous city of Vladimir as its administrative center. The oblast is very conveniently located along the railways and highways from Moscow to the east. 

The largest rivers are the Oka and the Klyazma.
