Limburgse vlaai is a pastry traditionally associated with Belgian and Dutch Limburg. 

Elsewhere in the Netherlands and Belgium, the pastry is regarded as typically Limburgish. 

It is often offered on occasions where Limburg hospitality is emphasized.
