Belize is a district in the country of the same name, Belize, located in the east of the country on the Caribbean Sea. 

The capital is Belize City, the largest city in the country. 

The islands of Caye Caulker and St. George's Caye, like Ambergris Caye off the coast of Corozal, belong to the district of Belize.
