Ipoh - Malaysia

Ipoh is a city and municipality of approximately 660,000 inhabitants in the northern state of Perak in Malaysia. 

75% of the inhabitants are of Chinese descent. 

But according to Malaysian Electoral Commission ethnic composition, 82 percent of the population in 2008 was Chinese.
