Zwolle balls

Zwolle balls are an old Dutch delicacy, which has been prepared in Zwolle according to a traditional (secret) recipe since the middle of the 19th century. 

The Zwolle balls are available in only one shop on the Grote Kerkplein in Zwolle, namely the Zwolse Balletjeshuis. 

The balls are about 2 centimeters in diameter and have the structure of candies, but taste sweeter. 

They are sold in a special tin, with Zwolle balls printed on the top. 

They come in different shapes and colors.
