Hải Phòng (Haiphong) - Vietnam

Hải Phong is a city in the NE of Vietnam on the delta of the Red River, close to the Gulf of Tonkin. 

The city was heavily bombed by US forces until 1968 and came under fire again in 1972 during the Vietnam War.
