Tacna - Peru

Tacna is a city in the province of the same name in the region of the same name in Peru. 

The city is only 35 kilometers from the border with Chile, in the Atacama Desert. Tacna is located at an altitude of 552 meters and on the river Caplina. 

Tacna was founded in 1572 by Spanish colonists.
