Juliaca - Peru

Juliaca is the capital of the San Román province, in the Puno region of Peru. 

Juliaca is located in the south of the country; it is the largest city in the region. Juliaca is located in the Highlands of the Andes, at approximately 3,825 m above sea level, 45 kilometers northwest of Lake Titicaca.
