Gladsaxe is a municipality in the Danish Capital Region near Copenhagen on the island of Zealand and has 68,775 inhabitants.
The area of the municipality is 25 km², Gladsaxe will not be merged during the reclassification of January 1, 2007 but will remain an independent municipality.
