Tyumen (Russia)

Tyumen is a city in western Siberia and the capital of the eponymous oblast, in area the largest of Russia.

The city has 581,907 inhabitants and is located on the trans-Siberian railway and on the Toera river, which is navigable here for four months per year.

Tyumen is the oldest city in Siberia.
