Sherry

Sherry is a Spanish fortified wine created using the solera system. 

Sherry comes from the region of Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and El Puerto de Santa María in Andalusia. 

Only wine matured in the region around these cities can call itself sherry.
