Curitiba - Brazil

Curitiba is a city and municipality in the southeastern region of Brazil. 

It is the capital of the state of Paraná at an altitude of 934 meters and has approximately 1.8 million inhabitants, making it the largest city in the south. 

Curitiba was founded in 1654 and was given the title of 'village municipality' on March 29, 1693.
